This business should be called 10 Star Flowers. So impressed with the service and quality of product. I typically work 3 to 4 hours away from home. On a Sunday while out of town, I went online to order flowers for my wife who was starting a great new job on Monday, the next day. After receiving a confirmation email, I was a little concerned I may have skipped something or entered some information incorrectly. So, I sent an email with my worries to the email address Sand Springs Flowers provided on their website . I got a response from owner Jessica Hendricks within minutes to allay my concerns and confirm everything. This was on a SUNDAY when the shop was closed. I did not expect a response until the next day. Jessica assured me she would take care of everything and make sure my wife flowers and chocolates were delivered to her new job location. Just got off the phone with the wife and she was floored by the beauty of the arrangement and the Glacier candies I added to the order. I could not be more impressed with the Jessica's service to her to customers and the quality of the product now on my wife's desk. The flowers I received were absolutely beautiful and have lasted almost THREE WEEKS! I am so impressed and will absolutely use them again in the future

I placed an order on a Sunday for an arrangement to be delivered the following day for a funeral. They are closed on Sundays, but they were still kind enough to call and notify me that the item I ordered was out of season and ask what I'd like in place of that item. They were so sweet and their customer service in making it right was so appreciated. Most places would have canceled the order and gone on about their day. Thank you to this shop for being so accommodating. Highly recommend.

Sand Springs Flowers makes a special occasion PERFECT. Jessica and her talented staff design some of the most beautiful arrangements. They never disappoint. The most incredible was the surprise recreation of my wedding flowers for our 25th wedding anniversary. A complete surprise from my husband and they nailed it!!

I just need to take a minute and say THANK YOU! Jessica and company Sand Springs Flowers did an amazing job putting together my daughters wedding flowers! I cannot say thank you enough for such an amazing job especially since we planned the wedding in 3 months! Thank you ladies!
